I am still as
they say, a novice, but have noticed that by putting in time, effort and doing
the work, Ifa does work and can make a change
I am grateful and appreciative of the Ifa Foundation, the Oluwo,
and the work that you do. Thank you for sharing your information, knowledge and
time to all those who truly are interested in learning about Ifa and changing
their lives for the better.
In regards to using my
spiritual work to successfully navigate through my life , more than anything I'm
starting to FEEL. The good , the bad and the ugly, just feeling everything. Ifa
has opened up many closed doorways, doorways that have been closed for many
reasons known and unknown. I along with most of society was basically living
comfortably numb. Now through a direct logical ifa way I have begun the process
of intergrating my energies with the energies of the whole
...
I just wanted to take the time out and send a thank you. As
I grow more in Ifa I learn more about myself and in turn learn more about that
which surrounds me. It is a bit odd to wake up one morning and realize
that I’m not as a good person as I have always thought I was. What is probably
even odder is that it is the work that is done by caring individuals such as
...
I wanted to take time and thank you and Baba for the work you did
for me, I can never thank you enough. I am putting together a shrine for my
Ibejis and deceased brothers and unborn child.
May the divinities continue to reward you and Baba for your
wonderful efforts.
WOW! I came home from work yesterday late at night, and your
package was there, my GOD!!! What a beautiful Opele you picked out for me, If I
was made to create a chain that reflects my true personality, and my deepest
passions, it would be this opele its like every link of it tells a chapter of
my life! I was going to write a big email describing my spiritual journey, but
it would have resembled a book, and god knows I hate ...
I deeply thank you for seeing the real me. I can honestly say that
having met you and going through each experience with you, after connecting,
trusting, and allowing the same in return, I am blessed. You can always count
on me to be on your side, and protecting the knowledge and truth that only you
and your foundation has empowered me with. I will definitely see you again, as
I said when I can be there I will.... ASHE!!!!

I hope you and your family are having a wonderful day. I just
wanted to thank you again for everything. You have been more than generous in
working with me. I will always be great full. I DON'T FEEL STUCK ANYMORE!!!!!!
What a relief. And I have you to thank for it. Blessings. The last two weeks
out at Ola Olu have been transformative. I feel like I'm gonna explode! I'm
just gonna go with it. The only downside is I'm not sleeping much ...
I send this email with the most sincere respect and admiration to
both you and Phillip. I truly have never felt such a connection with anyone as
I have with you and IFA... I am a changed man, and I thank you for the process
of it all.... I can't thank you enough.
I have been searching for a long time to find , understand , use
energy healing in order to heal my family.
I must say that it is an absolute honor and pleasure to work with
you and oluwo. I am so thankful and so blessed. The work that you
have done and are doing is truly making this world a better place to live.
Keep on Keepin on!
Well, what can I say but wow and thank you! This weekend was the
most powerful and deep experience I have ever had. Your openness and energy,
Iya Lea’s wit and strength and Yaw’s quiet beautiful wisdom were a joy and
support through the while day. I feel like I have finally come home. The energy
that has been running through me has been incredible and intense.I am already
noticing some shifts in my perspective and behaviour. My relationship ...
I would like to thank all of you for this amazing ritual. For me
the Ori ceremony is really a spot on the “i” and I have experienced really a
lot of different type of initiations and rituals all over the globe.
I all most never use world MUST, but in this case I am absolutely sure that Ori
ceremony is a MUST for all western Ifa and similar practitioners.
I just finished reading the article by Robin Poynor, former
president of ACASA. You and Baba are to be commended for the blessed work that
you have done and continue to do. In the mist of putting up with racial
ignorance the two of you have established IFA in America , Ifa that is free from all
forms of Romanization and egotistical l distortions. As we all continue to
evolve, God has blessed you to be lights of hope for so many and I place ...
I was reading through the Q and A (in Ifacollege)
and came across a post by one of the members;
It was concerning working with the warriors.
I was introduced to the Santeria/Lucumi system
and have been thinking of working with my warriors
more. My question is though, if elegba is the
only Orisha that is needed and you say (Philip)
that the Ogun and Oshosi are not needed nor
are they (real) Orisha, then what are they and
(if not Orisha) can they be "sured-up" to work
effectively?

Actually,
what I said, and what is TRUE, is that the whole
concept of " The Warriors" is not logical. The
Osun ( little rooster) has NO place anywhere!
It is the miniaturization of the Babalawo Staff
and belongs only, full sized, to an initiated
Ifa Priest! The little Ogun pot with the bow
and arrow inside, are not "real" consecrated
Orisa. They are more miniaturizations constructed
out of the "trinket theory" to give people things
to sell. One rooster does not an orisa make.
Esu, or Ellegua, is appropriate. End of story.Posts:
